Novello Festival Press

A prize of $1,000 and publication by Novello Festival Press, a public-library-sponsored literary publisher, is given annually for a book-length work of fiction or creative nonfiction. Residents of North or South Carolina are eligible. Submit a prose manuscript of 200 to 400 pages by May 1. There is no entry fee. Send an SASE, call, or visit the Web site for complete guidelines.
