A prize of $1,000, publication by Pavement Saw Press, and 50 author copies is given annually for a first poetry collection. Poets who have not published a book, who have published a collection of fewer than 40 pages, or who have published a full-length collection with a press run of no more than 500 copies are eligible. More than one prize may be awarded. Submit a manuscript of 48 to 70 pages with a $20 entry fee, which includes a selection of Pavement Saw Press books, by August 15.
