Author's Bio

Colette Parris is a Caribbean-American graduate of Harvard College, where she received a BA in English, and Harvard Law School.  She returned to her literary roots during the pandemic.  Her fiction can be found in various publications, including Scoundrel Time, Cleaver, The Offing, Sleet Magazine, and Streetlight Magazine, and has been nominated for a Pushcart Prize (three times) as well as Best Microfiction.  Her poems have been published in Michigan Quarterly Review, The Healing Muse, Gordon Square Review, MoonPark Review, LEON Literary Review, SoFloPoJo, Gyroscope Review, and elsewhere. Three are currently nominated for Best of the Net. She has work forthcoming in great weather for MEDIA.
