Author's Bio

I have spanned the artistic-academic spectrum for the past 10 years. Performing for crowds of up to 1000, my unique style combines story, dance, drama, and poetry to vividly bring story to life and connect the cries of human souls. My book, The Yowling & Other Sounds from Highland Park (tcCreativePress 2008), came to life in a one-woman theatrical show (see www.TheYowling.com), which birthed offshoot projects with L.A. urban youth and received congressional recognition. A private consultant to pastors and professionals worldwide, I have taught for USC, University of La Verne, and Fuller Seminary’s Brehm Center and offer courses, workshops, and consults to help people bring their visions from the brain to the page. This has birthed a non-fiction book, which has been picked up by an agent.
