Maggie Walcott

Poet

Author's Bio

Deep in the wilds of Northern Michigan, Maggie Walcott lives with her family in a house they built themselves. She has a grossly unused degree in physical anthropology from Michigan State University (Go Green!) and a demanding day job working at Ferris State University (Go Dawgs!). When she is not writing or working, you will find her doing activist things, baking ugly but tasty cakes and generally hanging out with her family. She has two mixed breed doggos: a dobrador and a shepskie, as well as a very powerful vacuum. Her pieces have been published in Mothers Always WriteThe Dunes Review, Last Leaves Magazine, The Dillydoun Review, and Every Day Fiction, amongst others.
