Author's Bio

Mary Jo Iuppa is the author of five books of poetry published by Foothills Press and a chapbook of twenty-four 100-word stories, Rock. Paper. Scissors. Her most recent book, The Weight of Air engages with her sense of mortality. In 2021, she wrote a novella, Middle Falls. She was also a teacher and visual artist. Iuppa died at the age of sixty-seven in April 2023.
