Author's Bio

Richard Parisio lives and writes in New York’s Hudson Valley.  In his work as a naturalist and educator, and in his poetry, Parisio explores the  intersections between human and non-human lives. His chapbook, The Owl Invites Your Silence, won the 2014 Slapering Hol Press Poetry Chapbook Award.
