You're invited to How We Make Fire: A Generative Writing Workshop!

Join us for an evening of creativity and inspiration as we explore the art of writing together. This online workshop will be held on Thursday, April 25, 2024 at 6:00 PM CT/ 7:00 PM ET.

This unique event invites writers, poets, artists, foragers, farmers, anglers, and nature enthusiasts from all backgrounds to dive deep into the natural world, guided by literature and basic survival skills.

Mel Sherrer, aims to bridge the gap between creatives and the great outdoors, challenging the misconception that the experience of nature is a privilege reserved for some.

This workshop intends to create a vibrant space to challenge and reshape American social attitudes, proving that the outdoors is a realm where all can find pleasure, leisure, connection, and even a sense of resurrection.
