C. Walker

C. Walker is a poet born in Switzerland, living in the USA, studying at Cornell University. He is the founder and Editor-In-Chief of Lucky Lizard Journal, an egalitarian journal publishing biannually. He has been published in various journals and magazines and his first chapbook is published in July 2024. He is inspired by writers such as Edgar Allan Poe, W. B. Yeats, Dylan Thomas, Robert Frost, and Li Bai. His writing tends to steer itself towards the philosophical, whimsical, theatrical, and dark. Horror and Romantic poetry are his strong suits. He often uses poetry as a means of understanding and representing the complexity and consequences of mental health issues. When he isn't writing, he is working to become a cosmologist as a student and a researcher, with the hopes of one day teaching, either physics or poetry.
