Editorial Focus

Gunpowder Press is an independent poetry press located in Santa Barbara, California. Founded in 2013, the press hosts the annual Barry Spacks Poetry Prize for a book of poems, as well as the Alta California Chapbook Contest which publishes bilingual editions of the winners. The press also publishes a California Poets Series. David Starkey and Chryss Yost are coeditors.
