TERMS
| 30 days net. 15% commission to recognized advertising agencies; agency discount may not be taken in addition to a contract discount. 5% prepayment discount if payment accompanies ad copy by ad copy deadline. There is a 10% surcharge for the following premium positions: Pages 1, 5, and 7, opposite the Table of Contents, opposite the first page of Grants & Awards, and the first and last pages of the Color Insert. Space cannot be cancelled after reservation deadline. Advertising copy incorrectly prepared or sized will be processed at prevailing rates at a minimum charge of $50. Ad copy received after copy due date will incur a late fee of $75. Prepayment is required of all new advertisers. Poets & Writers Magazine reserves the right to reject or cancel advertisements. We do not accept advertising from vanity presses, or from organizations or contests that exploit writers |
