Studio Faire offers two- or four-week residencies year-round to artists and writers, including poets, fiction writers, creative nonfiction writers, and translators, at an early 19th-century house in Nérac, France. The residency accommodates up to six visitors at a time. Four of the residents are provided with a private workspace and bedroom in the main house, with two shared bathrooms, as well as access to a common kitchen, dining room, and garden area. The cost of the residency is €1,450 (approximately $1,703) for a two-week stay and €2,700 (approximately $3,172) for a four-week stay. Lodging in the self-contained apartment on the grounds is also available for one or two people, with a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, a shower room, garden space, and a large private studio; the cost is €1,950 (approximately $2,291) for a two-week stay and €3,700 (approximately $4,348) for a four-week stay for one person or €2,700 (approximately $3,172) for a two-week stay and €5,200 (approximately $6,110) for a four-week stay for two people.
