Author's Bio

Greg Kosmicki founded The Backwaters Press in 1999, which is now an imprint of the University of Nebraska Press. He was a Navy Hospital Corpsman during the Vietnam war, and received his MA in English, with a creative thesis, from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. As well as his book and chapbook publications, his poems have been published in printed and online literary magazines and anthologies since 1976. His magazine publications include Chiron Review, Paris Review, Connecticut Review, New York Quarterly, Cimarron Review, Rattle, Cortland Review, Cutbank, New Letters, Poetry NOW, Pebble, Briar Cliff Review, and numerous others.
