Author's Bio

David Winter is the author of the poetry chapbook Safe House (Thrush Press, 2013) and the recipient of a 2016 Individual Excellence Award from the Ohio Arts Council. His poems also appear in publications such as The Baffler, Day One, Four Way Review, Meridian, Muzzle, New Poetry From the Midwest, Ninth Letter and The Offing. He earned his MFA from the Ohio State University, where he served as a Poetry Editor for The Journal. He is currently a 2016-18 Stadler Fellow at Bucknell University, where he works in arts administration and literary editing while completing his first full-length book.
