Author's Bio

Erin Hoover is the author of two poetry collections, Barnburner (2018) and No Spare People (2023). Originally from Pennsylvania, Hoover lives in rural Tennessee and teaches creative writing as an assistant professor at Tennessee Tech University. She curates and hosts a poetry reading series, Sawmill Poetry, and produces the ‘Not Abandon, but Abide’ monthly interview series of women and genderqueer poets for the Southern Review of Books.
