Born in Cleveland, Ohio, Deborah Diemont grew up in Baltimore, Maryland and Fort Worth, Texas. Her poems and translations have appeared in a variety of journals including CAIRN, Literary Bohemian, Literary Mama, Measure, New Walk, The Nervous Breakdown, Nimrod International Journal, Oleander Review, The Raintown Review and Stone Canoe. She maintains a vital connection to Chiapas, Mexico, where she lives and works part of the year.
